Our policies, practices and procedures not only protect people and the environment, but are designed to meet or exceed HSE expectations of our customers as well as all applicable laws and regulations everywhere we operate.

EMDAD has always been acknowledged for its relentless efforts in conforming to the highest quality standards. EMDAD's Quality System was accredited to ISO 9001: 1994 in 1998 and now it has been upgraded to the new standard ISO 9001:2008. It has also been accredited to ISO 14001:2004 in the year 2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 afterwards. These accreditations endorse EMDAD's commitment to the endless journey to excellence, a fact that was reiterated with the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award, in the very first year of its inception in 2000. The ISO Certification covers the full scope of EMDAD's offerings with includes the supply of services and products related to Drilling and Workover, Mechanical and Process, Control/Instrumentation/Safety and Electrical and Water. EMDAD has upgraded its Integrated Manual System to comply with API SPEC Q1 and ISO 29001/2010 Certification by API.
