Transfield EMDAD is now able to offer catalyst handling services in UAE and the Middle East using its own modern equipment based in Abu Dhabi. These services include: Services in inert and toxic atmospheres, catalyst unloading and loading / molecular sieve replacement under inert or normal atmospheres on a variety of reactors, sampling of catalyst, pre-bagging / pre socking and screening of catalyst, catalyst skimming, vacuum unloading with closed loop nitrogen re-circulation, nitrogen purging and leak testing, catalyst transportation, storage and containment (UN approved containers), video inspection and assessment, shutdown planning, coordination and execution, vessel blinding/de-blinding and isolation.
